Terms of Use and Travel Agent Agreement

Welcome to Eastern Europe Tour (EET)

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Eastern Europe Tour (EET) online platform, including any subdomains, content, functionality, and services (collectively referred to as the "Platform") offered by EET. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the terms, please refrain from using the Platform.

1. Definitions

• - “Platform” refers to the EET website and any related applications where users can book holiday packages, sightseeing tours, and other travel-related activities.
• - "User" refers to any individual or travel agent accessing the Platform to view, book, or manage travel packages and services.
• - "Travel Agent" refers to authorized agents who book or confirm bookings on behalf of clients using the Platform.
• - "Client" refers to the end customer receiving the travel service booked through the Platform.

2. Eligibility

• - Individual Users: You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering binding contracts to use the Platform.
• - Travel Agents: Travel agents must be duly authorized and qualified to represent clients and conduct bookings.

3. Platform Use and User Responsibilities

Account Registration: Users may need to create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. Users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials.

Prohibited Uses: Users agree not to misuse the Platform, including: Engaging in fraudulent activities.

Interfering with the functionality of the Platform. Uploading any content that infringes intellectual property rights. Content Ownership and License: EET retains ownership of all Platform content. Users may not use, reproduce, or distribute Platform content without express permission.

4. Booking and Payment Terms

• - Availability and Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability. EET reserves the right to reject bookings based on availability or unforeseen issues.
• - Booking Process: Users can browse, select, and book services by following the prompts on the Platform. Travel agents can make bookings on behalf of their clients.
• - Payment Terms:

• - EET uses third-party payment processors and is not liable for any processing errors or additional fees incurred.

5. Cancellation, Amendments, and Refunds

• - Cancellation by User or Client: Cancellations are allowed based on the specific terms of each package or service booked. Penalties may apply.
• - Cancellation by EET: EET reserves the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances or safety concerns, with options for refund or rebooking.
• - Refunds**: Refund policies vary by product and will be outlined during the booking process. Processing fees may apply.

6. Travel Agent-Specific Terms

• - Agent Authorization: Travel agents must represent themselves as authorized representatives for their clients and provide accurate booking and clients information.
• - Compliance: Agents must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards governing the booking process and protect clients' personal information.
• - Accountability for Client Experience: EET provides the Platform as-is and is not liable for the quality or delivery of third-party services booked by agents.
• - Agent Responsibility: Travel agents assume responsibility for all bookings, including any misrepresentation or errors in the booking details.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

• - Platform Ownership: All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, and software, is the property of EET or its licensors.
• - License Grant to Users: Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Platform for personal or internal business purposes.

8. Privacy Policy

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

10. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold EET harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from their use of the Platform, their violation of these Terms, or their interaction with third-party services booked through the Platform.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
